2025 event offerings:
This year (2025), I will be hosting 3 day-retreats.

Each one will lean towards a spiritual and self development exploration and a deepening of your connection to both.
More details will be posted nearer the time, however there will be guided meditation, some body movement, and some energy clearing and healing. But mostly, there will be space and time to allow balance to be restored, to have a more peaceful mind and heart, and enable exploration of your inner landscape.

Reiki Shares
Reiki shares are for those of us who are attuned to Reiki to get together, to give reiki to each other and to receive it. The 2025 dates are below, and the time is 6pm start, until 8pm at the latest. The cost is £10 a session.
Please book no less than 1 week before the date (this will be in brackets).

Please wear comfy clothing and bring water with you.It doesn't matter to what level you are attuned, nor who attuned you; we come together to enjoy the practice of Reiki.
