The first day-retreat of 2025 is at the end of March; celebrating and utilising the natural energies of the time; Spring and the New Moon.

As we come out of the winter energies and start to embrace, energetically and mentally, the Spring, we feel ready to embark on new projects, to move more, to welcome more within our lives, becoming more expansive and more outward focused.

We welcome this natural shift from the energy of winter; introspection, hibernation and relaxation to allow a deeper replenishment. As the shoots rise up, so do we!

With the new moon lending us the energy of a fresh start, it is a wonderful time of year to let go of the old and to begin to plant the seeds (literally for some, and energetically) of that which we desire in the coming year.

So, I have created a peaceful and nourishing 'releasing and re-seeding' day-retreat with very limited places.

What to Expect

 

Further to the basic information previously shared:

​

We will gather together as a small, intimate circle of souls, and begin to explore our hearts and minds, before connecting with our energy centres in a meditative, offering them reviving energies. There'll be plenty of time for journaling  what you experience.

We'll reflect upon what we are ready to release, using the new moon energies to encourage us to let go of what is no longer serving our highest good. 

After all, releasing the old must come before embracing the new; we need to create internal space, for inspiration and expansiveness.  We'll do this with a fire ceremony.

 

There will be a short journey to a local woodland, where we'll spend time being with the external spring energy; trees, (hopefully) bluebells, birds and weather! (so yes, boots, coats and hats will likely be needed). 

 

Once nourished energetically, we'll take a short break to nourish physically with food and drink before we begin to spend time choosing that which we desire to manifest and/ or to become.

By spending this time together, yet deeply with ourselves, we create space internally to imagine, to tune in, and to choose with our hearts and our souls that which lights us up or brings us joy.

 

This part of the day will bring time for a deeper connection with what is chosen and how it feels.   I will lead participants through some bespoke energy clearing (if needed and wanted) to engender a greater inner alignment. 

 

There will be plenty of time for sharing; whether it's experiences from the exercise, reflections, or something from your heart.

 

We'll close the day with a nourishing meditation and receiving of reiki.
